Success story of Linda Yarbrough Perry

St. Patrick's Day 2017, I fell in my driveway. I was at my heaviest weight ever. I had to have fourteen stiches in my face that day. By April 13, I was having three screws in my hip joint to repair a fracture that had never hurt. I woke up from surgery in pain, rehabbed for four months in home and out-patient, only to be told the surgery had failed--I would need a complete hip replacement, by a doctor that did secondary surgeries because not all do secondary surgeries. New hip September 8, new knee December 29. Spent SIX of those months taking care of an elderly friend who had to be in the nursing center.

Needless to say, I have been very sedentary for nine months. First doctor was RUDE and said I should think about a weight loss surgery. I had lost some already. I posted on here and Health Coach heard my PLEA. Called me and asked if she could talk to me about healthy eating. WHAT did I have to lose at this point?

Don’t give up on getting healthier at any age!!!!
